| Yes, we take bookings from people all over the world. However, if you call us our office hours are Monday to Friday 0900hrs to 1800hrs UK time! |

| You can, but the prices displayed on CityHotelsDirect are only available through us. If you make the hotel reservation directly, you will be charged 20% to 50% extra. You’ll also miss out on our Unique Customer Guarantee. |

| The prices are updated daily and are the latest. Do visit regularly to see our Special Offers, as these do change on a regular basis. |

| No, all prices on CityHotelsDirect are inclusive of taxes and service charges. However, some methods of payment do incur a handling charge of 2%, this will be confirmed at the time of booking. |

| What if I am afraid of sending my credit card information on the net? |
| All credit card payments made through our payment gateway are completely secured. However, in the rare case of you not wanting to send your credit card information on the net, you can download the reservation form, print it, complete it in black ink and fax it to our central office in the UK on: +44 (0) 1242 536904. Remember, we won't be able to process your request without credit card information. Otherwise, you can always book over the telephone by calling 01242 536900. |

| Yes. After we send you the “Reservations Completed” email the room availability is confirmed and the hotel automatically receives your details. |

| What happens if the hotel I am interested in is a Request Booking? |
| This is simple, just complete the reservation as usual. We will then request your rooms with the hotel, and get back to you within 48 hours. If the hotel is not available, we will suggest an alternative to you. If you are happy with this, we will then confirm the reservation. If you have any questions about this just give us a call. |

| What time can I check in at the hotel ? |
| Check in time at most hotels usually starts around 15:00 hrs onwards to allow the rooms to be cleaned and re-stocked after the previous occupant/s, but some hotels may allow you to check in earlier and most will let you leave your luggage at reception. |

| What is the latest time that I can check out? |
Check out time is usually around 11:00 hrs, however, please ask your hotel as they may offer a late check out facility (this usually carries a small fee). Most hotels will allow you to leave your luggage at reception and collect it before leaving for the airport.

| Why do some hotels require a credit card imprint on check-in? |
This is a standard requirement in most hotels worldwide and is only taken as a precaution, so as to guarantee payment of any incidental charges (such as telephone calls, room service etc.). But on check-out, the hotel will usually give you the option of paying by cash instead.
